Our employees create the engineering for your products at modern CAD workstations based on customer specifications and valid operating equipment regulations of our customers. Depending on the customer's requirements, we can enter the project at different points in time, from the casting-specific development of the casting to the actual tool design.
Our main CAD systems are CATIA V5, Creo and Unigraphics.
In our mechanical processing, we combine the skills and abilities of our employees with our high-speed milling machining centers and 5-axis machining centers.
Our goal: Highest precision and efficiency through the combination of man and machine.
In our assembly area, we assemble the building blocks and components of our molds and complete the final assembly of the molds and fixtures after tuning and fine-tuning has been completed.
The accompaniment of our molds in the course of commissioning is important for our customers. For this reason, experienced employees accompany the commissioning process together with the customer on site at their plant in order to make this process as smooth as possible for our customers.
